Art has always fascinated me. I am
happiest when I am painting and working with color. There
is a challenge and excitement in the creative process
ending in satisfaction with a finished painting.
I am an eclectic artist working in many mediums. Encaustic
painting is enticing because it has such great fluidity
leaving many opportunities for inspiration. My mixed media
and collage pieces incorporate the beeswax as well as hand
colored papers and fibers.
To me, art is a mixture of my personal feelings and the
colors that inspire me. My work is a reflection of who I
am.
